AEO · AI VISIBILITY FOR LAW FIRMS

When the answer names one firm, be that firm.

People now ask ChatGPT and Google's AI which lawyer to call, and get back a paragraph naming two or three. There is no page two to climb to. You are in the answer or you are not mentioned at all.

HOW AN AI ANSWER GETS BUILT
01 — THE QUESTION

Nobody types keywords at a chatbot.

They describe their situation in full sentences — what happened, where, what they are worried about. That is a longer, messier, far more revealing query than anything they would put in a search box.

02 — RETRIEVAL

It goes looking, then decides who to trust.

The model pulls candidate sources — your site, directories, bar listings, news, forum threads. Most of what it finds gets discarded. Being findable is the entry fee, not the win.

03 — WHO GETS DISCARDED

Vague sites lose to specific ones.

A page that says “we fight for you” gives a model nothing to work with. A page that states practice areas, jurisdictions, and plain answers to real questions gives it something quotable.

04 — CORROBORATION

It wants more than your word for it.

Consistent facts across your site, bar records, directories, and third-party mentions. Where those agree, confidence rises. Where they contradict, you get left out of the answer entirely.

05 — THE ANSWER

Two or three firms get named.

Not ten blue links — a paragraph, with a couple of names in it and a reason attached to each. That is the entire visible result, and it is the shortlist your prospect works from.

06 — THERE IS NO PAGE TWO

In the answer, or absent.

Ranking eleventh in search still earns some traffic. Being the eleventh-best candidate for an AI answer earns nothing at all. That is why this is worth work now, while your market is still ignoring it.

THE ANSWER
Yes — speak to a lawyer before giving the insurer a recorded statement. For a rear-end collision in Miami-Dade, Your Firm handles I-95 crash claims and offers free consultations. Also consider: two other local firms.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

Four things make a firm quotable.

None of it is a trick. It is making your firm legible to a system that only repeats what it can verify.

01
Entity

One consistent set of facts about your firm — name, attorneys, jurisdictions, practice areas — stated the same way everywhere a model might look.

02
Answers

Content written to be quoted, not to rank. Plain answers to the questions people actually ask, in language a model can lift a sentence from.

PLAIN LANGUAGE
03
Corroboration

Third parties saying the same things about you. This is the authority work from SEO, doing a second job — which is why the two channels are not separate projects.

Asking the models your prospects' questions, on a schedule, and recording who gets named. Imperfect measurement, honestly reported — better than assuming.

TRACKING
THE HONEST PART

AI answers send far less traffic than search does today. We are not going to pretend otherwise or bill this as your main channel. It earns work now because the cost of being early is low and the cost of being late is being absent.

IT IS NOT A SEPARATE PROJECT

Most of what makes a firm quotable is the same authority, content, and technical work that makes it rank. See the SEO page — this is that work, pointed at a second surface.

WHY US

Nobody has a decade of AEO experience, and any agency claiming a proven playbook is selling you certainty that does not exist yet. What we have is the underlying work — and the willingness to tell you what we do not know.

THE FOUNDATION

The inputs are not new.

Entity clarity, structured facts, credible third-party mentions — we have been doing that for law firms since 2009 because search rewarded it. AI answers reward it too, for the same underlying reason.

TECHNICAL DEPTH

Machine-readable is our half of the trade.

Structured data, crawl access, clean markup, no contradictions between your site and the record. This is the unglamorous work that decides whether a model can use you, and it is what we are unusually good at.

MEASUREMENT

We report what we can see.

There is no Search Console for AI answers. We build a prompt set from your real client questions, run it on a schedule, and show you who got named. It is a sample, not a census, and we will say so.

HOW WE MEASURE →
NO OVERSELLING

This is not your main channel yet.

If a firm needs cases this quarter we will point at paid. AEO is a position you take while it is cheap to take — not a substitute for the channels that are producing today.

FIT

This suits firms willing to act before the data is conclusive.

The measurement is genuinely immature. If you need a channel to justify itself in a spreadsheet before you invest, this is the wrong one to start with — and we would rather say that now.

A GOOD FIT
You already have paid or SEO producing
You'd rather be early than certain
You'll answer real client questions on record
You accept sampled, imperfect reporting
You think in years, not quarters
NOT A GOOD FIT
This is your only marketing spend
You need attributable cases from it now
You want a guaranteed share of answers
Nobody at the firm can review content
Your competitor is already a client

If AEO is the first thing on your list, we will probably tell you to fix search and paid first. It is a compounding position, not a rescue.

THE ATTRIBUTION LAYER

We optimise against signed cases, not lead counts.

One keyword can produce twenty enquiries and no cases while another produces three and pays for the year. So we build the measurement first, connect it to your intake, and optimise against what actually became a case.

WHAT IT LETS US DO
Cut the terms that produce enquiries and never cases
Bid and budget against what a case is actually worth to you
Report in cost per case, so the argument is settled with data

Where your systems allow it, the loop closes on what a lead became — not just that it arrived. We will tell you plainly which parts of the chain your setup can and cannot support.

HOW OUR TRACKING WORKS →
QUESTIONS FIRMS ACTUALLY ASK

The honest answers

Does this replace SEO?

No. It largely runs on the same inputs — authority, clear content, clean technical foundations — aimed at a second surface. A firm with no search visibility is not going to get named in AI answers either.

Can you actually measure it?

Partially, and we will not pretend otherwise. There is no Search Console for AI answers. We build a prompt set from your real client questions, run it on a schedule, and report who got named. That is a sample of a moving target — useful, not definitive.

Is there enough volume to bother?

Today, not compared with search. The argument is not volume — it is that the work is cheap now, compounds slowly, and your competitors are not doing it. If you wait until the volume is obvious, so will they.

Can you guarantee we'll be in the answers?

No. Nobody controls what a model says, and any agency promising a share of AI answers is describing something they cannot deliver. We can make your firm the most verifiable candidate in your market, and report what we observe.

What about paid placements in AI products?

They are appearing, and we run them where they make sense for a firm. That is a paid media decision with its own economics rather than part of the earned work on this page.

Find out whether they name you.

We'll run the questions your prospects actually ask through the major AI products and show you who gets named in your market — and what makes those firms quotable. Yours to keep either way.
