Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics are two useful programs for SEOs. Now, SEO experts can experience them together in the form of a limited pilot released today by Google. The pilot places Search Engine Optimization reports in Google Analytics, and derives its information from the Search Queries Data in Webmaster Tools.

They chose to filter for queries with 100 or more clicks. The chart shows how much information you can get from this tool, like how much each query accounted for in terms of overall clicks for top queries.
The Search Engine Optimization reports have the added benefits of advanced visualization and filtering capabilities (which are part of Google Analytics). This gives those using the reports access to more detailed data and therefore allows for implementation of effective SEO strategies based on thorough analysis.
